ZZP 3800 Titanium Stud Kit

This is a replacement set of exhaust manifold studs, bolts, washers, and nuts for your 3800 engine made from grade 5 titanium. Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance over steel and stainless steel, all while being lighter and significantly stronger as well. Never have to worry about a broken or corroded stud again, these titanium components will outlast your engine.  

Includes:

• (4) Titanium studs
• (4) Titanium 6 point locking nuts
• (4) Titanium washers
• (8) Titanium bolts

Use factory torque specs. 

Fits: Series II and Series III 3800 engines. L67, L32, L36, and L26. 

Product note: We include the 4 studs to assist in hanging the exhaust gasket and manifold/power log. We recommend using these on the outside upper and lower bolt hole locations.
