The Story

The aluminum IC core is 22x8x3.5". The intercooler kit comes with a 50mm blow off valve. The tubing is TIG welded aluminum that is wrinkle black powder-coated. High-grade stainless T-bolt clamps are also included. The base intercooler works well to 425WHP and has been pushed to over 500WHP but once you've passed 425, the larger IC would show improvements.

This intercooler is for Stattama, Z3 or Z7 turbo kit owners only. 

It will not work on supercharged or naturally aspirated cars.

Update note: As of September 2022 we are now including our ZZP stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers. This way you can choose to leave the intercooler blank, or spray paint the ZZP logo with your choice of color to match your build. If you'd like to purchase a ZZP stencil for your intercooler or heat exchanger they can be found here.
