ZZP Billet Bypass Valve - Z04 Turbo

Our ZZPerformance billet bypass valve is an upgrade over the stock bypass valve on your ZZP Z04 turbo. The factory bypass is made of rubber and can eventually rip or tear, leading to reduction or lack of performance; our billet unit is sealed via an o-ring and uses a machined aluminum plunger to actuate. This billet bypass will also change the "blow off" noise you experience while driving, making it more pronounced. 

Includes:

• ZZP billet bypass valve
• (3x) Stainless socket head bolts
• 3 additional bypass springs

The bypass valve comes with a spring pre-installed in the valve. Changing the spring will change the "turbo flutter" amount you hear. Be careful when opening the valve, there is a very small o-ring that can be tough to reinstall. 

Fits ZZP Z04 turbo for the 1.4T engines. Will not fit stock turbo or our V3.1 turbocharger.
