Our ZZPerformance oversized radiator is a factory replacement radiator for your HHR made entirely of aluminum. It installs exactly the same as stock radiator with OEM style fan mounts and transmission cooler fittings.
This radiator is twice the thickness of a stock radiator coming in with a full 2" core. The end tanks have provisions for transmission cooler fittings, however it is fully compatible with manual cars as well. Eliminating the plastic end tanks means no more worries about cracking from age and heat cycling.Â
Fits: 2008-2010 Chevrolet HHR SS 2.0L LNF; automatic and manual. Fits 2005-2011 Chevrolet HHR 2.2 and 2.4; automatic and manual.Â
