ZZP Sonic 1.4T 3-Inch Stainless Exhaust

As the Sonic platform grows and we continue to make more power, the need, and want, for new aftermarket components increases. With our Z04 turbo we knew that the previous offerings for exhaust needed to be revamped, especially with the increased power than the Z04 can make. The community has been asking for a 3" exhaust for quite a while now, and while it can be a bit overkill for a stock turbo car, we're finally bringing our new system to the table. 

This exhaust is a huge improvement in sound and flow over the factory exhaust. This exhaust was designed around the Z04, however it also sounds great with a factory turbo or V3. 

Designed, mandrel bent, and fabricated in house at ZZP in Wyoming, MI this exhaust features full 304 stainless mandrel bent 3" piping through the whole system. We use a high flow 400 cell cat in place of the large, restrictive, secondary cat that comes factory after the mid-pipe. We offer the kit with two different options, resonated and non-resonated; we highly recommend order WITH the resonator for anyone looking to daily drive on this exhaust. 

Our unique adapter flange means that this exhaust will fit with your factory mid-pipe, ZZP stock turbo mid-pipe, or the Z04 downpipe/mid-pipe combo. Includes gasket, hardware, and 3" clamps. 

The Sedan version is intended for non-RS sedans with no rear bumper cutout. We include a stainless turn down portion after the muffler exit instead of a traditional tip. You will use the included exhaust clamp to secure the turn down after you have set your desired length and rotation of the turn down.  

Our high flow catalytic converters are EPA certified. If your state requires CARB compliance, these do not meet that CARB standard. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

Note: Sonic RS hatchback version comes with dual blue burnt tips or polished stainless, non-RS hatchback includes a single chrome tip. Sedan version comes with rotate-able turn down section instead of a tip.
